for sale, as these will be your competition.
By studying the comparable property locations, features, and terms under
which they are offered, gives a clear picture of what price your home
should be listed for.
Your home has the most activity within the first 60 days on the market
Correct pricing is the most important thing that you can do to sell your
house quickly and for the most money. Pricing too high and it is likely
no activity will be seen, price it too low and the sale will be quick
but you will make less money.
When to Sell?
The time of year you sell your home will also affect the price; the best
time to sell your home is in the Spring beginning in February and lasting
through until May or June. House sales struggle in summer but do pick
up again in the Fall, lasting through until around November.
