It's now time to negotiate.
Guided by your instructions I will prepare an offer to purchase the home.
This offer is made on a standard form and includes the terms and conditions
of your offer to the seller. It will include the price that you are offering
for the house, the date that you wish to move in the home (closing date),
anything you want to include in the purchase price (eg. Fridge, stove,
washer, dryer, blinds, built in dishwasher) and the amount of deposit
that you are putting with the offer should it be accepted.
The offer is usually conditional upon obtaining the necessary financing
and satisfactory home building inspection.
Once you have signed the offer I will present the offer and negotiate
on your behalf to a satisfactory agreement or until either you or seller
terminates negotiations.
