Property Listings note down any properties that you think may be of
interest and then Contact Me.
If you do not find any properties that seem to fit your requirements
I can look at other properties for you using the MLS (Multiple Listing
Service). This will enable me to bring other properties to you that may
fit your requirements.Contact Me with your
requirements and I can keep you updated with properties as they become
available.
I will then arrange for you to view the homes that are of interest to
you.
When viewing homes feel free to take notes, ask me as many questions
as you like and feel free to ask for details of any comparable sales that
have taken place in the area.
After viewing several homes , it will help you to decide if it is possible
to meet all of your requirements or if you will have to revise them accordingly.
